Tips to Optimize Your Stretching Routine

  • Allow enough space to stretch with your Stretch Strong Stick
  • Place center pad of your Stretch Strong Stick on your upper back
  • Fully extend arms and hands evenly towards the end of the stick
  • Hold each stretch for 10 seconds

Repeat Each Stretch 3 Times Alternating Sides

  • 1st stretch with constant mild strength
  • 2nd stretch with constant moderate strength
  • 3rd stretch strong to tolerance with constant strength
